3DM Worldwide - Superstock??

As I am relatively new to this stock can someone please tell me anything about the CORNELL commitment as I can't find any mention in the RNS's.

"The commitment of £5 million for an equity line of credit with Cornell Capital Partners remains in place but has not been activated"

If this is similar to one that CORNELL had with Tepnel then thwy committed to but X ammount of shares when required.

Also could the share issue rumour be this agreemant in action ?
