AGM statement

'Elsewhere, the 'Horn of Africa' project based in Somalia is progressing well
and our licensee has ordered tooling from VPT and Miguel Linares at VPT has
designed a specific house which is the subject of a new patent application.



'Our other African project in Tanzania is being run from the UK and we are
awaiting confirmation on the timing of the grant aid promised to our licensee

I note there is a proposal to strike off 3DM Africa from companies house register, the only licencee being Prime Resources Ltd which was previously dormant( a Tony Baldry introduction via Invicta Capital?)
