You are wrong to say that Silkwood hasnt delivered a cent. Silkwood is responsible for virtually all of 3DMs turnover to date. ($1m in 2004 $2m in 2005)and they are contracted to pay $3m in 2006, $4m in 2007 and $5m in 2008 irrespective of their own sales of plastic houses.

The question is: who is Silkwood? and what is their financial position? This has never been satisfactorily answered. Are we confident these payments will continue? The Highseas precedent is not encouraging.
