I will have the last laugh. The company will definitely succeed. Short term movements are no more predictable than a roulette wheel. If the price continues to fall until it halves it will offer a ten bagger opportunity just to return to the previous high.
What happens if the Ford tests are successful, and the company takes up PIM encapsulation of magnesium? The fact that the tests have continued for so long is an indication that they are going well. Do you know that the 150 truck is coming off the production line at 1 million /pa and that the parts under test are needed x seven. How many lines of plant would be needed to cope? That would take 3DM into profit on its own.
The company has come a long way from the pure R & D situation in H1. It is now well into the development phase. During H1 '06 it will be seriously commercialising. There will surely be repeat invoicing of reclaimed waste at GW Butler's of Bradford, and of toll manufactured commercial product in the UK and the US. It would be very surprising if there were no machine orders, though we have no official news on how well the prototype is faring. There is usually some engineering upgrade at this stage.
The next RNS/trading Statement should be interesting.
