Morning viv.The whole issue here is the Ukraine and whether Timis got the licences legally.You all know I am skeptical on this issue and I also wouldnt put it past a cowboy government in the Ukraine nicking the licences back anyway if it provides a big windfall of much needed cash.(My position is that they wont have to dig very deep to unearth discrepancies and then will have a good strong legal case to re acquire them.Call me a bigot but ex drug dealers shouldnt be given the benefit of the doubt....unless you are a naieve RPT holder perhaps!)
