Hidden away on PLUS (formerly OFEX of course) this is a micro cap (£2.4M) but has over £1.1M in cash on the balance sheet as at 30/6/06. That will have increased since from very bouyant trading (more later).
NCA including that cash total £1.5M; there is no borrowing at all.
Share are tightly held with various private investors and investment cos; Global Natural Energy held 36 % until last month when they sold it to two russian linked investment co's. to concentrate on their core petrol station business. They sold out at 20p.
Profitable business; a current trading update on 8th December 06 confirmed that business is booming, with the profits earned in 11 months of 06 year "comfortably exceeded the 05 full year figure".
Current PER is about 3; prospective for 07 is 2; strip out cash and figures fall to 1.5 and 1 respectively.
