911. This is another reply today from them!

"We have received your request this morning for a share certificate for your holding of Langbar International. However, I regret that as Langbar is disabled in Crest it is not possible for certificates to be issued.

This is actually the second request we've had for a certificate and indeed we tried and failed to get a certificate generated further to this request. Out of curiosity and as this is the second identical request, would you let me know the reason you wanted the certificate? We've had no official notification of any particular corporate event affecting this shareholding, thus my question.

Simply for future reference, where share certificates can be issued they normally take two or three weeks to arrive. The request has to go to the Registrars who then issue them and send them out. I regret that it has not been possible to act upon your request".

Sorry to be off topic again guys, but 911 has been very helpful and I'm not willing just to give this up!
