That's my point. They may not meet the expectation of a £300K loss if they are struggling to get product out the door. I don't want to be a dooms-dayer ... I just want to keep our collective feet on the ground.
I'm not saying this is a serious problem. The main thing is to get orders which it appears they are. Often a delivery delay of a few days or weeks is not serious, but it can mean sales on paper for the month are less than expected, even if delivery is only days late.
