Re :Are TRK Directors in possession of facts that would affect the share price.?

As TRK are 50/50 owners of the new joint venture.."INFINITRAK"...surely the TRK directors will know..(WHEN) Production will actually start.

As we know the Infinitrak board is made up from..(3xTRK directors) and (3xMTD directors)...TRK directors will be involved with the day to day decision making..we should NOT have to be in the position of having to have so much secrecy as we have with :Getrag..Aisin..Koyo-Seiko..ZF..Ford..GM..Toyota..etc.

TRK have informed us through their RNS that manufacture of IVT units will commence in 2006..but (WHEN) exactly will production actually start.?

In just 10 days time...we will find ourselves in the year 2006

I am sure that it would make a BIG difference to the buying of TRK shares if everyone knew the actual date that "Infinitrak production" would be starting on.

For Example..

1st January 2006
1st April 2006
1st July 2006
1st October 2006

Those (3)TRK directors including Dick Elsy that bought the TRK shares yesterday and the day before..."SURELY"...they must know when :

"Infinitrak" will actually start production..(the actual date)
"Exactly" Which OPE ride on mowers will the IVT transmission be fitted in.
"Exactly" When the products will be made available for the public to BUY.
"Exactly" which other product ( if any) the IVT will be fitted into and when.

WE..........the small shareholders/investors do not have this information YET

For example..if TRK had released an RNS stating that IVT production would commence at "Infinitrak" on 1st January 2006..I am sure this would have caused many potential investors to BUY BUY BUY Torotrak shares.

If "Infinitrak" were to start IVT production in the 2nd half of 2006...by the time the product was manufactured and distributed and made available for the public to buy..the grass growing season would be on the way out..(Infinitrak) could end up with having to store the completed mowers/tractors..until the growing season starts again in spring 2007.

So maybe (Infinitrak) IVT production will start in the early part of 2006..and be made available for the public to actually BUY in Spring 2006 as the grass growing season gets underway.

Torotrak/MTD Joint Venture RNS 03 November 2005 :

"Infinitrak expects to commence manufacture of IVT units in 2006.
Production in the first full year of manufacture is expected to exceed
100,000 units."

"Torotrak and MTD anticipate that Infinitrak will be formed and the joint venture will commence on or before November 14, 2005."
