I wonder if Eurodis were at it again in their interims. As Barry said in post 9501:

"as far as I understood from the interim report, things were going to be a little tighter, but there seemed no imminent threat of bankruptcy" .

The sequence was:

1 Takeover/merger talks terminated.
2 Bank promptly withdraws/reduces financing.
3 Eurodis promptly calls in the Administrator.

I wonder if the FSA has had any complaints re Eurodis' interims.
