2005, a pivotal year for Axis-Shield, with strong growth and profitability

Briano...At the previous meeting it was suggested that demand is such that the roll out will be focused 'initially' on Scandinavian countries and the US, in the meantime NycoCard is generating increasing revenue's from Europe. Obviously timing/entry is going to be a personal decision, but I stress 'again', growth is coming from several area's and that even includes the 'existing' portfolio at circa 12-10%. However, you still appear to be discounting the effects of the Axsym agreement (not to mention other agreements for Holo-TC and Anti-CCP on 'other' automated systems), in my opinion just the first few assay's will have a significant effect. In other words the annoucement of such could be notable in sp terms. Also it appears that some are starting to doubt Afinion, so with CLIA waiver imminently expected, it will be interesting to see how the market receives the subsequent annoucement.

On another note, I overheard on the tv (I was not actually watching so I will try to confirm) that some body/experts have recommended screening the UK population aged over 40 for cardivascular disease regardless of family history!
