THE STUFFEES and their banks are not going to be happy
..as the huge gaps between builders prices and real prices become more apparent.

I reckon we will see the first legal cases within weeks.

WHO will be involved?:
+ Will banks be suing Valuers,
+ Will buyers try to reneg at completion time of Newbuilds?

It will be interesting to see.
