1st Dental: organic and acquisitive growth prospects

Went in and out agin at a loss earlier this year - I'll steer clear of this as I think whilst they know their industry they clearly lack something in business management. THis niche market should be a cash cow, but right now they are failing to generate growth; acquisitions alone don't generate growth. THey said the last acquisition would be cash generative then announced months later there were issues preventing that. WHen and if they do address their shortcomings I hope there will be time to buy in, but if they don't there will only be the possibility of them selling off what they have bought or being bought themselves.
