Take a look at the 12 month chart to see how the SP reacted to the original CC verdict and you will see that it did exactly the same as now. You will also see how it recovered from the dip in early January 2005 and beyond.
I believe we will see a similar pattern this time with news of the award of costs, a new contract (i hope) and then a pre-close statement towards the end of January. Of course if we get tipped in the New Year then who knows how high it will go but one thing is for sure - I think the single figure days are well and truly gone now.
