While I am deliberating on the case you have presented would you please let me know in full your obvious qualifications to comment on the legal niceties of this case and its f1nancial implications for SYM (and of course EPI).
I note with some distrust that you assert that it is possible to bring an action against an innocent party without fear of any significant financ1al consequence to the plaintiff.
Perhaps if we could dwell on this single issue and not the fact that you have failed to apoligise for the earlier erroneous statements that you have made we will be able to make some progress in guessing whether or not this case has either partially or wholly negative implications for Symphony Plastics.
