Okay well that's cool, you do seem to look for OTC values plays so I'll take your word for it. Calling it the most overvalued co. you've seen though, I simply don't believe it. You've been around far too long and seen way too many turds. You want to see overvalued? Check out JIDG, a grey sheet shell with no assets with market cap currently over $3B.

I Know a thousand OTC companies that are profitable and they don't trade at a p/e of 1000 like this one does. LOL

Here is historical volume: obviously insiders don't care about selling. Not that it makes a good investment but company is profitable and growing fast- not many OTC companies can claim that.

Sure it's overvalued but look at historical volume. I would be surprised if the float was over 5000 shares.

It is the most overvalued stock I have seen. That balance sheet is surpassed by SCRH trading at .02.

I wouldn't call it a turd, balance sheet is strong and growth is high. This is a real company, not some garbage OTC promo. The problem is of course the fact that insiders will not sell any shares keeping the market cap artificially high for what it is.

Looks like they have a nice roll out coming.

It'll trade, question is will anyone be able to make any money besides the insiders...lol..?? I have no clue why they went with such a huge f/s and increase in authorized, it's obviously being set up for a promotion but I'm not sure if this company is 'pumpable' enough to pull off a good one.

With this p&d type share structure it should be liquid, however, it it just seems to me like a big mistake on their part to do it that way.

Then again it could run if they can manage the dilution properly but they are going to scare away a lot of folks with that ridiculous number of authorized.

Paper certs for stock they are about to dump...lol.

Was looking at their Twitter page today and ran across this picture of the Blackcraft President and CEO with Kerry King guitarist and founder of the 80's thrash metal band Slayer.

No clue what the piece of paper the Pres is holding but it's probably safe to say it's not a gift certificate to Chick-Fil-A....lol.....maybe some sort of endorsement deal..??

ORANGE, Calif., March 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Blackcraft Inc. (formerly Blackcraft Emoji, Inc.) (OTCBB: MRCD), a recently formed media company and lifestyle apparel brand, today announced a 66.6-for-one forward stock split of its issued and outstanding common stock (the "forward split") subject to FINRA approval.

Based upon the company's expected growth rate over the next five years and using a discount rate of 11 percent, Blackcraft Cult expects an initial stock value of $3.00-5.00 per share. That figure reflects the 66.6 for-one forward stock split.

Blackcraft Cult's common stock will begin trading on a post-split adjusted basis on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the ticker symbol MRCD.

lol...agreed, can't say I have ever run across another Satanic worshiping company before, however, I guess one could argue that most penny stock CEO's are actually the 'spawn of Satan'.

Whatever the case the products look pretty popular so I'm watchin' this. Honestly it doesn't really matter to me what ones religious and/or political views are, if I see an opportunity to make some money I'll invest.
