How does this sell at .000001- when you sell your shares at market price when there is no bid market makers can offer what ever they want and as you can see the outcome is you sell 1 million shares at market will net you a loss of about $105.00 a 4.95 commission plus what you paid for the shares. Having looked through the financials there's not much here to report. Do they plan to RM this company or take toxic notes and issue shares and pay themselves "Officers Compensation"? My guess is the latter. I doubt they plan to do any actual work that's for sure.

It seems Paul Strickland has under estimated the intelligence of his shareholders. We have been keeping track of his conversions and the numbers don't add up to the filings. The SEC has been made aware of this inaccuracy.

Paul Strickland > Pay attention to this name. He puts a lot of ( fake ) CEO,s in his companies. Just so he can convert shares at a 50% discount and sell them to unsuspecting shareholders. Note: None of his companies have ever produced audited financials. JAMN> PDGO> SPRV > VGLS

With all due respect the companies last PR states we will quickly complete the 2024 audits and file form 10 . I am a little confused as to what quickly refers too. 3 months, 6 months, 1 year? Care to clarify what they are referring to?

Annual and they should file Form 10 afterwards, that is if you can believe the freshly bankrupted CEO. They said the same thing for the 22 and 21 year audits a couple years back.
