$UMAV ~That disclosure shows there are only 30 million shares that are unrestricted, so the bleeding of shares into the DTC looks as though it has stopped finally after those shares were sold into retail investors hands the past several weeks. I'm glad Michael posted that disclosure so we could get to know what the reason of the dilution was due to! ~Good job on keeping us shareholders informed!

The numbers add up. The unrestricted wasn't nearly as bad as people assumed and the bleeding has been stopped imo. We need a nice PR with signed contracts and we move up like a rocket! Again, all imo. Glad I added more down here though. GLTY

These aerostats have been used in the U.S. by Customs and Border Protection since 1980. Very cost effective and efficient delivery system, however, UAV will have propelled Aerostats to remain in place for better accuracy and better detection capabilities using their new tech. IMO

What is it today? OTCMARKETS shows the dtc up another 14,946,000 to 103,604,567. Coincidentally the exact same amount that the O/S increased.

This is their primary competitor, Tcom. Really good explanation on why the technology is needed, advantages, etc. They recently got over a billion dollar contract to make a bunch of these for Poland.

No he didn't say anything about that and I don't know when the filings will be submitted. Good guess would be 10K on March 31st, 10Q sometime in May. These filing would have the XMR links and be submitted to Edgar though. A lot more information will be available.

I'm loving the weekend positive energy in here. Many folks are realizing they actually own a piece of a real company that is going to go big (imo of course) and I don't know about you all, but I am absolutely PUMPED to find out what UMAV has to say about their mentioned trip abroad! Things could get really crazy next week! 

I really really hope you are right and these aren't transferred to the dtc like the last two times. It's entirely possible they issued shares in connection with a larger deal, have some of their loyal long time backers more shares at market price, or a lot of different scenarios. What makes me pissed off is when I see the dtc get bigger, and a known dillutor OTCN seems to have infinite shares they are throwing at the best ask and wack the bid too. Watch the level 2, when OTCN goes away, the stock normally goes up. 

He doesn't list his phone number on any of the press releases at least I don't beleive. I had been emailing him back and forth building a rapport. After I compiled a list of questions to better learn (his background, how do these uavs work, etc) i asked to call him or he call me. I have him my number and he called me to discuss. He actually had to hang up twice when attorney's were calling him,and called me back. He definitely emphasized he could not say anything non public, but clarified a number of technical things he did know about. So I'd suggest going that route, explaining you're a large shareholder will go a long way. I own 2.9m shares now and I made sure to tell him that. Im sure that will help in getting discussions rolling. Just make a list of questions and topics ahead of time.

This is correct. It is not dilution unless the added OS shares are released into the Unrestricted shares. OS shares cannot be bought or sold on the market. Also, even with the added OS shares, they are still more than 300 million shares under the 500 million they hold. This is not dilution. THE SHORTS ARE TRYING TO INSTILL DOUBT AND FEAR!!! The Naive are taking losses and selling their shares. Added OS shares will be used to enhance the companies financial standing. It makes them more durable to withstand the cost of production.

I'm going to call him next week and hopefully speak to him.I have never tried calling any top executive because I heard it's almost impossible to reach them directly.Unless that's a number on one of his phones.I apologize for just disbelieving you actually talked to him.We will see.Maybe I will learn something.

I think I might have over estimated how good of an investor you are. Have you never called a micro cap CEO before? It's allowed and you can talk about publicly available info. All I can tell you is that he said to wait for the 10q and 10k sec filings and everything will make sense including the recent dilution. Leaves a lot to the imagination, good or bad. I'm not judging you at all and nothing wrong with being tepid. Maybe we can chat more about the exciting news that was promised next week when it comes out. Might surprise us.

No inside information here. I did indeed speak on the phone with Mike. He didn't say much, he's more technical side and doesn't have much interest on non technical things. What I'm saying is something feels off.

Exactly. I'm not so certain they have the funding them claim to be within arms reach of. Something just feels off, even after talking to the CEO on the phone and reading all the PRs. But this is such small fry dollars as far as fraud is concerned, why even do this? Net a couple million and then go to jail to live out the rest of his life? Something is off.

If that becomes the case, then shame on the CEO as the increase in the shares being held at the DTC have already garnished $2 to $3 million dollars the past three weeks for whoever sold them into the market. They already mentioned that they have a lender to help fast track the manufacturing that has stepped up to fund the manufacturing for the orders that are coming in. IMO, there doesn't need to be any more dilution of shares into the DTC. Most of the investors own their shares for much higher prices than where the SP is currently sitting, so the CEO needs to be concerned with his shareholders and do what's right for their sakes and hiring council to stop the dilution was a step in the right direction! Let's hope he continues to show that type of consideration for his shareholders going forward.

And what I say to that is I have seen the DTC increase 3 times, consecutively after the O/S has increased. Give it a week, you will see those 16M shares added to the DTC.

I watch the dilution into the market through what is being held at the DTC which is what impacts the share price. If those shares that were added to the OS don't get sold and added to the DTC count then the share price won't be affected by the increase in the OS count as happens when the shares get sold into the retail investors hands through the DTC. But you already know that, right? We don't know why they increased their OS and what those extra shares are going to be used for. They could be for employees or alliances with other entities. We'll need to wait to see how it plays out. Hopefully the increase in shares in the OS don't get added to the DTC is what really matters.

You're wrong, they dilluted another 15.1M shares just today. The O/S yesterday was sitting at 167,266,755. Today it's at 182,377,779.

$UMAV ~Still no more dilution after they retained council to stop it from continuing! There are only 88 million shares held at the DTC for the public to trade with which was updated yesterday as seen here:
