Hopefully the AS raise is for a merger or some type of deal. AS raise probably better than RS. Hopefully they give us updates or filings soon.

No from what I'm reading that is the Principal's address for both companies. The registered agent's address is different: 311 S DIVISION ST, CARSON CITY, NV 89703. That is the new registered agent. The previous registered agent resigned in 2009.

The address is the SAME because it's the address of the Registered Agent who probably acts as RA for dozens of SCAMS just like THIS ONE !
