i am shareholder of Paragon and Box. i have joined the team of shareholders who filed lawsuit in Greece against Boogalloo and the BOD. It is the place where a lawsuit could be filed, according to the Lawyers. HQ of both cos in Athens, B leaves in Athens, the courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
i have talked to the Lawyers. Seem knowledgeable and credible. They sent to me plenty of evidence, they explained the case and i feel very comfortable and risk-free. To my eyes the evidence cannot be challenged. The District Atty will investigate and decide. Do not forget that it is companies that belong to the public, not private entities. Where on earth would someone see assets of a listed Company, worth millions, ending up to its CEO for $0.50? The lawyers believe that SEC, who have received the lawsuit and the evidence, will also conduct investigation (if not started yet).
The money i lost, by a very rich Greek shipping guy were supposed to use in my retirement. I will definitely try to get it back.
Institutional shareholders seem to have stepped in. That is another good sign.

For the shareholder who made a lot of noise and suddenly...disappeared, i have received information, but it is not disclosable. It is for the lawyers to use, the way they deem appropriate.

Dear ....nerds, you are asking for assurances. Do you expect that the lawyers read the hub? or that they communicate through it, with anonymous aliases? Have you contacted the Lawyers? The contact details have been posted in this board. Have you identified yourselves as Shareholders? If you do, as others did, i am sure you will get what you want. Otherwise, your posts look suspicious and serve other purpose.

Lastly, i was told that B is also investigated by the Anti Money Laundering authority in Greece, for multi million, real estate related, fraud (the money we lost had to be invested somehow?).

Our information is that B is in panic and shortly will be invited by the District Attorney to defend himself. There is a lot of evidence and i understand several witnesses.
SEC soon will also step in.
We were informed that press in Greece has publicized articles about this lawsuit, which seems a big story.
As Shareholders we can just wait, hoping to have the Company live and with assets again.

I waited this long. I can wait for Bodouroglou to etch his legacy in history. Reboot.

Indeed, this whole affair sucks. If there were merits something would have been done by the big guys years ago!! Why wait for years and launch criminal complaints only in Greece!!
Anyway the story is that Taddlock invested a lot time and money in this only to drop it when he realised that he was been used by Skrimizes for his own personal goals.

This latest information raises a question regarding the legitimacy of the documents against BOD circulated on this site and whether whoever uses them may be legally exposed in any way !!
I think that the Greek lawyers that were recruiting powers of attorney by investors last year must guarantee to us that the documents they used are neither stolen nor forged in any way.

My sources tell me that the allegations against Bodouroglou back in june 2021 and earlier have bern fabricated and spread by his long time right hand man in order to use US investors for his own leverage against BOD.
Apparently this guy is under criminal prosecution for stealing 5 mill usd from BOD , due to appear in the Athens criminal court in May 2023 and is already under restraining orders.

Hi All, any word on the boogaloo lawsuit?

I am a holder of lots of useless common.

As Tadlock had advised in 2019, he was provided material by a former employee of Mr. B.

There are rumours that this particular officer is under criminal prosecution in Greece for embezzlement of millions and is trying to use this forum as a leverage on Mr.B and probably Tadlock walked away when he found out.

Can the lawyers clarify if the source is the same officer and if he indeed is under indictment or is just rumours?

I got a few preferred since 2019 and consider to sign up.

Can Greek lawyers guarantee that I will not be sued for defamation or for disclosure of Personal Data. Will they protect me?

Who will pay for legal costs/ fines in case of criminal complaints / lawsuits against me?

I have very similar concerns. I'm not stupid.

For the PoA i consulted two other Greek Lawyers and they confirmed to me that it is a rather standard PoA they use in Greece.

Do not forget that he works in this case without fees. He will get paid if the lawsuit is succesful. You know how the Lawyers manage their time. Do not expect from him to spend considerable time for being very formal. What the shareholders should expect from him is to be effective. His background provides some assurances.
And as we have said many times, we have nothing to lose here.

For whatever clarifications you want you have the contact details of the Lawyer amd you can ask him directly.
Better do not upload on the hub details because you do not know who is reading.
The second paragraph, he explained to me, that it is included because the PoA are the first that someone reads when the lawsuit is filed. That is why he makes a brief presentation of the case in there.
I will ask him to send his resume or i can send to your email, because i have it.
In any case based on what you received in your email you can confirm his license and his identity.

I don't know what to tell you other than what I received from the lawyer after three failed attempts to send me the info. I only received a crude power of attorney form. All US power of attorney forms i reviewed have complete instruction for the client AND attorney. The form also arrived in a 21 point font that covered two pages. There is no place for notary signature. Aren't notary required by Greek law as well? Also curious about the inclusion of the second paragraph explaining the company and actions of the CEO. This would seem to belong in the lawsuit, not in a power of attorney form. I am not a lawyer just using logic to ask questions. Always question....... I'll paste the form contents below so all can see.

I didn't receive a resume either. It would ne great to read it along with links to case involvements. So far this has been a very unprofessional encounter.

NONSENSES. Apparently someone wants to protect B? Google ??d??sa??? ?a????? in Greek and you will find a lot of details about the Lawyer, even interviews about cases he has handled. Check also the site dsa.gr which is the official site of the Greek Lawyers Association profile 1681 ( dsa.gr/p??f??/1681)
This Lawyer is very well known in Greece and all of those who expressed interest have received his resume. He is expert in Criminal Law with experience in financial cases.
On top of that in his resume you can find his mobile and his address. So you can even talk to him for whatever information you may need and in any case he can provide even his license.
A Power of Attorney does not come with a letterhead. In Greece it is a standard template.
Of course you can sit in your shares but others, definitely pursue this case.

BEWARE ALL !!!!, I finally received a reply from the "Lawyer". Attached was a crude Power of Attorney form without descriptions/instructions. NO letterhead, NO business email, NO business address. And I can find NO attorney information about these individuals. This appears to be similar to a Nigerian scam to obtain my personal identity information. I'm NOT going there.

So, for now I'll just sit on my shares and wait to see what happens.

The shareholders will authorize the Lawyer to file the Lawsuits on their behalf, and it will be the shareholders to receive the compensation. How (and why) could someone "participate" anonymously?
