What's new here? All of that drama with AS the past few years and then this shifted to some new guy associated with shrimping.

240,000,000 shares on March 1st(convieniently q2 report) went from restricted to UR.... any idea who that was? Good thing we cant see the financials to see who it was. Make sense now? Anyhow, illiquid again and like you said grey sheets. Until you show a pic of your shares in a brokerage account, no one believes a word you say. You also speak in the 3rd person...

If it is such a miracle process, then what was the benefit of them taking over the ticker? Your post from 2/27/2024 made it seem doable. Why the contradiction now?

Everything you said isn’t true. I have every share that has ever been issued. Miracles happen everyday and fixing this would be a miracle. I actually know what they are up against. Not saying impossible but it will be extremely difficult.

Big burst of SELLING volume usually doesnt mean good things on the horizon. Especially when its done by an insider.
Sweat dumping with no catalyst is very odd, add in no filings and yes.. you got yourself a sad situation.
0002's are blown out now, going to take some forward looking statements to get that bid filled back up.

There are far better setups, share structures, CEO's/insiders, sectors to play than this.
This also has FINRA working against it, thats not good AT ALL. There can be no corporate actions taken until remedied, which will take a lot of time and money, if it can be rectified at all.

It's OTC man, they all run when the money flow hits OTC, 2021 was the start of a new market culture, cuz in the past stocks where only for people over 40, now it's over 20 and everyone wants a piece of the pie!

An 180m dump into the bid doesnt really scream bullish.
Volume before price at least has to entail some sort of buying pressure to get out of the backed up, old support. Or maybe Im wrong and we should encourage insider(?) dumps, .0002s are where I thought a smart buy would be. Could pay off on the next run. They can just SOS an AS raise and wallah, more shares, like history here has told us. They also still have FINRA hurdles as well. Tough road just based off that alone.
Throw in they are pink limited/not one 2024(q1,q2) filing with OTC, the dump is even more suspect that maybe they wont be able to do that again for awhile. Could be a nice scoop, or do we see .0001 because they just cant help themselves?

Think of RSHN as the "third party" between the actual shrimp business and it's clients. It's essentially the licensing party of the technology.

Unfortunately, filings are delinquent and the previous owner is still tied up in bankruptcy. Until the previous owner can settle and accurately report RSHN to the SEC..there will be no movement.

The new owners need 2 things. Wrap up the disaster previously, both recently and in the past..and provide a clear vision for the future to the public and shareholders.

It's apparent what is holding them back...
