How would one know if the assets are generating mega bucks under several names?
Company can sell and retain rights of use.
After the sale to Telogis...AFTER the sale, Remote Dynamics was hiring
engineers who were flying into Plano, Texas, so much so that a local Real Estate
company placed a big ad offering free relocation services to all new incoming
Remote Dynamics employees.
I think people who sold most or all of their shares here are now
experiencing fear of future loss. Hence, the negativity.
Those of us who held, myself included, can point to numerous odd
scenarios like the one above, which when combined indicated and
still indicates HOLD.

Since the company is controlled by the majority shareholder who sold the assets they can sell the majority interest in this and/or leave it dark forever. Empty shells get sold all the time and the new owner can do whatever. Meanwhile the assets are generating mega bucks under another name.

You cannot become a subsidiary of another company
without transferring a substantial percentage of shares
to that company. ( Over 50% at least,
so the parent company can have a controlling interest in the subsidiary's operations, management, and profits.)

There was a post on here explaining that under the last know share structure,bond,convertibles,preferred, etc. If this turd did suddenly jump to over a few pennies the market value would exceed many states and some countries total budgets. That would require some serious changes to a dark mostly dead company.

Can't speak for the others but I'm around to remind people that this is a well orchestrated scam that left shareholders with nothing. Management jumped ship and has benefited well. Telg used what they bought to obtain a huge amount of money, much of it divided up among themselves. They made clear when going dark there was nothing left and no reason exists to keep an empty dead ticker in compliance with anything. Follow where management went. I did so, starting in 2002 buying into a company using what we had for under $7 today it's $88.00. Sitting around here is a choice but keeping the truth out is not paid bashing.
