looks like they are up to date with filings as well as growing product in florida... It also appears that there is movement in Canada with CBD legalization ?.. looks very promising long term

Today is my first day of only smoking Pioneer Greens flower and i am having a pretty good day. I can defenetly notice the d8 effects.

While i was waiting for my order i was pretty much out of D8 thc flower, so i made a trip to the mj dispensary and grabbed 3 kinds of d9 thc buds and some bubble hash i have been topping my bowls with. The d8 flower as the base and a little D9 on top. So i have been pretty medicated for the past 8 or 9 days.

I have been buying D8 buds at my local smoke shopfor 75 bucks per 7 grams. Almost as much as the high grade mmj at the rec marijuana store.


Anyways. I feel Pioneer Greens Delta 8 thc flower definetly has a nice medical effect without head trip like experiences of the dispensary weed which has been getting me too high for the past week.

It was shipped in nice containers so it didnt get smashed by usps.
It haas a good smell, it is not harsh, almost reminds me of some jamacian bud back in the day.

They also sent me 5 grams more than an ounce for 129

1/2 an ounce of d8 flower is 150 plus tax at the local shop.

Anyways no complaints for me at about 15 bucks per 1/8 it was well worth it.

Agree antman. I am excited to try their d-8 flower.
Most likely they just recieved my payment today, so it will be a bit before it arrives but once i have used it for a minute i will review.

Been smoking the cbd flower for a few years now, normally load 80% d8 flower and top it with D9 thc medical bud. 100% thc bowls sends me a bit too far into outer space after a rip or two. I have a back and neck injury and delta 8 thc buds have kept me in the confort zone without the burnout and memory impairment i sometimes notice smoking 100% thc bud. Anyways - have a good one antman. Not many stocks with nice share structures at these levels. Maybe none.

Hi ike b- Yes I have been banging on the drum for quite a while now for OXIHF- It is a solid deal with a solid business happening imho.

-The share structure is very tight and they are focusing on producing high quality CBD products. They are growing their own hemp in Florida in order to control the quality- up to 4 crops per year.

The franchise part of the equation has been slowed by the pandemic but that should change soon I hope.

_Am happy holding a position because I like the progress they are making.

It is a real company growing high quality hemp in Florida- (Up to 4 crops per year) and waiting for covid to be under control so they can roll out their Pioneer Green franchise plans!

They know what they are doing by now I think.

And you have to consider that 2020 COVID was roaring and they still kept moving things along,good company

The financials look pretty good to me-

-It looks like the company has cut their losses about 50% and are only in the 2nd year of operation from what I recall- also they have changed their designation-

"During 2021, the legal form of the Pioneer Green Farms LLC was changed with the State of Florida from a Limited Liability Company to a Corporation, Pioneer Green Farms Inc."

Very positive overall imho.

Plus the company has more than a $10 million loss carried forward which should come in very handy for future tax pourposes!

"For income tax purposes the Company has available a net operating loss carry-forward of approximately $10,769,000 from inception to December 31, 2020, which can be carried over indefinitely to offset future federal taxable income. The tax years for June 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 are open for examination by state and federal agencies."

This is a lot of volume for this stock
