A medical company merging with a storage company seems weird. Will it still trade on the OTC after the merger.

How would the merger affect the stock price. Its gone up dramatically in the last month.

I think the merger news is driving the stock price up.

I have held it for years also, and all of a sudden in the last month, the stock has popped from .02 cents to .08 cents. May be some one knows something and is accumulating. Also looks like the volume has increased dramatically.

Maybe a sleeping giant here? $Numd I have been in and out of this company for years. I like the company with that merger news. I am patient.

Another potentially good ticker with a relatively quiet board....So they merged..what industry are they in?...What are peeps thinking..may .20 in the short term?

I actually blame those same pumpers for trapping sooooo many ignorant people with big bags in such obvious bs tickers.

Like the tickers with billions and billions of share ect.

A lot of money was lost that last couple years IF you didn’t know what you were doing.


The market has gone back to what it was when I first started trading.

That is my point. People look for a reason not to buy now. Back in the day that didn't matter. It would be pumped until binding letter of intent and pumpers would have figured up revs for themselves and been pumping.

Well, it’s a non binding LOI with not much detail on their current revenue ect.

OTC is terrible. 8-k merger with company that has done billions in transactions being paid in preferred and little interest from traders. Not front loaded so no pumpers. That is why I trade the big boards now. Back in the day this would have been over $1 by now. Look like those days are gone.

New Management going to come out with a filing and news indicating that they are now entering the Crypto, Green Energy, and EV space.

When the company wants to get things popping we'll know. Until then... it's a sleepy little setup. Still a beauty of a setup. Will melt faces one of these days.
