I've been on the record that this ticker was toast long before Troy Covey drove it into the ground and then skipped off with the cash when he sold the Montgomery Ward property to Cerner Healthcare. IMO any equity and profits from that sale rightfully belonged to investors... not Troy. The buildings and shopping center were bulldozed but nothing has been built on the site.
