Now that the previous owner and creditors are of the way, things are moving… the financials are being audited since January so I’m sure anyway now we’ll wake up and see that Form 10 has been filed! And the status in Nevada changed as well.

Again, I'm just saying, SOMEBODY needs to take care of the little things, like filing the annual report in Nevada. And there are a lot of missing financial reports -- Currier never did get OTCIQ access, obviously.

Maybe they'll go the SEC reporting route and resume filing with the SEC, the way they did with KATX, but OTCmarkets.com won't give them OTCIQ access if the Corporation isn't Active in Nevada, the state of incorporation.

As for "really soon," maybe, maybe not. A lot of promises and assurances made in the past 2-1/2 years didn't come true. I think something will probably happen someday with LLBO but whoever is in charge (Currier, Acropolis, Ryan Ash, ???) hasn't done a good job so far of moving "really fast." Is that Holmes' fault? Probably -- he was a con man, IMO, may he RIP. But you have to admit that nothing has happened here "really fast."

I don't know why you think she's "very healthy." She stepped down from being CEO of OWUV because of her health. Read this PR from Sept. 2023:

Get: i think Caren is very healthy !! She is now properly monitored by her Cardiologist unlike before! I had bypass's 28 years ago! I don't think her Doctor will allow her to take this job if she's not healthy!! Based on my experience!

You realize that SHOSHONI CORPORATE SERVICES is the name Holmes' wife used as the Registered Agent for all of the scam corporations created by Holmes and Benardis? There were at least a dozen. Jimmy was a Busy Bee.

She's not going to lift a finger for Lifeline Biotechnologies now, IMO.

If Currier's health is preventing her from doing anything, somebody else needs to pick up the ball and run with it. First job is to get the Corporation back to ACTIVE in Nevada before the status changes to Revoked, because that's even MORE work to Reinstate a Revoked corporation.

On a positive note, I think the "Advances Payable" described in NOTE 8 on page 13 in the last financial statement (link below) -- the mysterious "payable upon demand" loan -- is gone, if that is the debt owed to the Holmes Family that was recently described as "settled." That was hopefully the one thing preventing an audit.

It doesn't matter who is listed as President. What matters is: the Entity Status is "Default."

Currier stayed on as President or CEO in other companies she worked on. SOMEBODY has to try and find a merger candidate.

One concern is that Currier's health isn't good.

I guess the Entity Status says In Default and the registered agent status active. But let’s see what happens in the next few days now that the ball is rolling.

Interesting that it now shows Caren Courier as President.

They paid the accounting form in January to audit the financials. I’m sure things are happening soon.

The Corporation is in Default with the State of Nevada. Somebody needs to get the Corporation status back to Active before they'll be able to do much else with this ticker. I think they just need to file the Annual List, unless they let it go too long in which case they'll get Revoked.

Currier was maintaining the Corporation in Nevada up through 2022 but somebody missed the annual filing in November 2023.

Lucky and Arnie, If you think about it, Americans can only SELL LLBO, but other World Trade Companies can buy. Is there a possiblity trading houses could be in cahoots(DEALS) with each other to make money on this. Someone puts in a sell for .000001 in the US, and someone in Canada or Europe Purchases it for same low price, and they have a deal once PPS starts going up. There is no other reason for this action to be happening. Maybe an EMAIL to the SEC or OTC may shake things up for whoever is doing this. Any Thoughts?

Lucky, Those adds on StockRunners for different PennyStocks, most of them contain LLBO, and those adds go out to their Members>>(Tens of Thousands). Then when something happens(NEWS) they all Buy in(LLBO) and PPS Explodes. I just read 1 of them, and it said it had over 100,000 Members, and there are quite a few of these.

Lucky, From what I Have seen on LLBO Twitter Site, there seems to be a lot of Advertising for PennyStock Advisors that have LLBO as one of their more popular Stocks to have PPS EXPLODE when it becomes PinkCurrent. Check out what I have seen, which means PPS could RISE very quickly once tradeable. Thanks again.

Groveman1 - Not sure what happened with the ITBra, all I know is Acropolis made a deal with previous owners and creditors and they have zero interest in LLBO. So if there is anything left of the ITBra, it would be with LLBO/Acropolis…

Also, StockRunners said this in January… so they probably already know who the merging company is:

Lucky, Wonder what happens now with the ItBra for Breast Cancer Detection. Does the Company that puchases the shell have its' rights or does Holmes' Family have the Rights. Let me know.

Arnie1, no idea, I’ve been searching all day for news and on the Clark County Court website to see if there is anything and it’s all CRICKETS!!!!! Not sure how a final report is filed or disclosed… but there’s nothing out there so far that I can see!
