Fully diluted with all 3B (which is not the case) then market cap would be only $2.1M at .0007.

Why do you suppose the OS has only risen 350M? Could it be that the lion’s share of the offering won’t be issued until the revenues are secure and growing? What could the SP rise to in the meantime if that were to be case? OTC is always risky, that’s just the nature of micro cap investing. GL

Theyve diluted over 350 million shares since August and are actively diluting at .0002. The offering allows them to dump up to 2b shares, so plenty more to go.

Around 300M traded mostly at .0003 past couple of months, O/S tiny here that is around a third of the total outstanding. Something is going on here. This volume of shares changing hands on a 1.2B o/s at .0003 is pretty unusual from my experience. Either there is a ton more dilution coming and this thing is going to no bid and do a giant R/S, or somebody is loading this up for a push back up. It seems like a waste to just dilute it to death down here but OTC companies do stupid things.
