Certainly, no big news is going to drop on a stock that cannot be traded.

Wow 4 whole trades today. I keep hearing chatter about this finalizing "the deal". I suspect it's all just the pacify the individual hearing it. Merle along with associates deserves prison if all this was just to pacify the people he communicates with. Don't ask me questions because I have nothing more, like you all, in the dark.

I also believe that this type of merger would require S-4 registration of all stock.

A lot of speculation, I would bet that when the time comes the definitive agreement will spell out the entire process.

Unless they can work out a deal with the exchange to do it all at once. Not sure how that works, but if it is profitable enough for the exchange I suspect they will find a way.

Market value of publicly held shares, defined as excluding shares held by officers directors or 10% holders or their families, at least 100 million, no.
Minimum share price 4 dollars, no.
Average monthly volume 100k. I doubt it.

I was thinking of just getting the merger done. But sounds like some are thinking merger and uplift announcing together. Is this so?
