So what you’re saying you are validated because you worked for losers who never found anything so everything is a loser till it’s a winner.

At what stage would you call DTR a winner, when they prove up 5 million ounces of gold plus 250 meters of REE at 5% grade.
Well by that time it will be $1 or maybe $5 and you will of missed out.
So it really shows how hopeless you are at picking stocks if you’re waiting for full validation before you call it a winner.
All I can see is DTRE has not made a single misstep yet.

You never ever give the what could be on the positive side, I spent some time reading some of your posts on this and other stocks. You never reveal if you are a holder or nor. You seem to post on stocks for no other reason but to highlight the negative.
At what stage would you buy this stock.
What share price do you expect at that stage
Would you buy this stock if they prove up 2,5 million of ounces of gold and at what price
Would you buy this stock if they prove up 5 million of ounces of gold and at what price
Would you buy this stock if they get assays of REE at 3% at depth of 50 meters and at what price
Would you buy this stock if they get assays of REE at 8% at depth of 50 meters and at what price
Go on answer those questions show us your hand, show us you are a friend and not a snake

Too many years working for majors who are on the hunt for Tier 1 projects. An exploration play is crap, until it ain’t.

It’s true that if the REE deposit is at significant depth, you’re only going to get mostly REE anomalism on surface. Can’t dispute that, my friend.
Maybe they’re going to get some high TREO kicks in their surface sampling. Who knows. My bet is on surface anomalism, in combination with their geophysics, will lead to a drill discovery at depth. If it’s there. That’s usually how it works.

Fink’s a big boy. I’m sure he appreciates the risks of investing in an exploration play. Do you? Any slight negativism (and I’m not being negative, just realistic based on experience), and you fly off the handle.

I like Jack and enjoy his info, but I learned on another board that he's much more vocal when he's buying than when he's selling. He has only posted about fundamentals in here, but he's quietly very sharp on the technicals side as well. I added HIRU at .0008 on it's way down and he said he was waiting for .0004. He called the bottom dead on on that occasion the crafty buggar haha !. He bought HIRU at .0004 (said he was going to and it got there, so I'm just going by his word) and then posted nothing until it got all the way up to .0012 a few weeks back without posting and then started posting again on it's way back down when maybe he was reloading again. He was quiet during the run today, so I think he was probably selling, or may be on Oz time as well for all I know.

Why would you take his hopes of good results when he has his money on this investment.

You know very well that the company is about to announce a major drilling program so what’s all this crap about shallow surface, you state that to get REE answers they must go deep. Well guess what Einstein the company has already said they intend to go to 250 meters and beyond as they hone in on the targets.

No core samples. Core comes from diamond drilling, which they're not yet doing.
They've reportedly taken 1,200 surface samples of rock and soil.
So if the REE goodies are at depth, they're not going to see hot results from these surface samples, but will be looking for REE anomalism and how that correlates with their geophysics targets to generate REE drilling targets. Are you going to be excited by a 124 ppm praseodymium soil sample...?

....Not that DTREF IS currently an REE mine...yet

Oh, no doubt, but even if the results are banging, we don't get a sniff of a multi billion dollar MC without drilling fully up and running first. Full value isn't coming for a year or two and I fully intend on cashing in for long term capital gains rather than getting taken for half my profit at less than a year. Too much happening in the sector to not just hang on for dear life if these results are good...who knows if management stays true to their word and executes I may even keep a couple shares for my baby boy coming in a couple months to have when he's my age. 

I mean, we definitely gonna have news before then...

Now the hard part, waiting...or be the typical investor that gets ants in their pants after 2 fucking months, sells for a 10% gain and watches it rocket 6 months later...lol. Been there before, lessons learned

Under the agreement, the agency is committing to pay a minimum of $110 per kilogram of neodymium-praseodymium products, whether stockpiled or sold, paying MP Materials the difference between the benchmark price and the guarantee each quarter.
The DoD also has agreed to buy all the magnets produced by the company’s 10X Facility, which is under construction, for 10 years.
In connection with the deal, JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs agreed to provide $1 billion in secured financing to build 10X. The U.S. government will provide a $150 million loan to help with other expansion efforts and buy $400 million of preferred shares in MP Materials while receiving warrants that allow it to acquire common stock. If fully exercised, they would represent a 15% stake in the company, before dilution.

Additionally, the Company secured a commitment letter from JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs for a $1.0bn funding facility for the 10X project.
The stock jumped 50% yesterday.
Conclusion: The agreement marks a major endorsement by the US government emphasising strategic nature of the business and designed to support development of fully integrated local supply chain for rare earth products. The minimum NdPr price set at nearly double the current $60/kg level ensures upstream and midstream operations generate profit as the Company expands magnet manufacturing facilities from currently planned 3ktpa (incl expansion) to 10ktpa. Magnet manufacturing facility is also subject to a minimum cost-plus agreement guaranteeing $140m in EBITDA pa at least shielding operations from potentially uneconomic price levels in the market that is largely controlled by Chinese producers. The agreement highlights the urge of the government to minimise supply risks in critical minerals and REE, key to such industries as defense and robotics, in particular.

The agreement is a positive read across to RE recycling business currently being developed by Mkango Resources* (MKA LN, 30p, Mkt Cap £99m) in the UK, the EU and the US designed to produce permanent magnets using patented HPMS technology from spent equipment. The US facility is planned to be also located in Forth Worth, Texas. HyProMag USA (~40% Mkango) is developing a ~$130m facility to produce ~1.6ktpa NdFeB magnet products within five years of commissioning in 2027.
