Yes you are correct, there are different designations of how a product can be sold. It's just semantics. Bottom line is, $49 k revenue past 9 months just isn't enough.This is a much needed product. Can't understand such low sales volume ?

Why sign on distributors like...

I have a question for those familiar with DTII over the years. Why sign on distributors like VXIT (one man operation ?) based in Washington State 2000 miles from Texas ? Do they or shouldn't they just use 100% commissioned Sales People who already work and live in Texas ? People who have years, if not decades of business contacts in their own home state ? Just can't understand the lack of sales with a needed product like this.

I saw a story on a Portland, OR tv station this am about a Salem (Oregon) area school planning to try out a detection system made by Evolve, an east coast company that seems to be doing very well and likely eating DTII's lunch. The boys down in Del Mar better get off the beach and get their butts in gear. I was down in Del Mar 2 weeks ago. Should have done a drive by to see if anyone was at work. Unlikely, as it was a beautiful day down there.

$DTII has history of delaying and/or amending them.

I was looking forward to this one... oh well now its due next week.

Well $DTII is an SEC-filer but $VXIT isn't.

Nothing ever happens to non-SEC filers other than OTCM kicking them to the curb.

I'm aware of successful lawsuits against CEOs, but that requires somebody to step-up, lawyer-up & pay-up.

If you can show monetary damage caused by believing a CEO's lies then you have a case.

Chances of anyone ever following thru on these things are close to zero, and CEOs know it.

Financial filing is out ! The price of the stock will see new highs!!!

That number may be optimistic regarding sales.

Assume a retail price for DTII portals at $5000. And from DTII's latest 10K:
We have signed three Distributorship Agreements. A distributor will get from 20% to 28.5% discount on Gross Sales but is required to purchase a minimum of 10 units at time of signing for a distributorship.
$5000 minus 20%, $4000 to company, distr gets $1K for each.

Early Novemeber PR stated, Indonesia, VirExit Technologies (VXIT supposedly got 10), Macon County (4-units), Lanett City (6 units). But, if one assumes Indonesia and VXIT were delivered one each due to logistics and finacials, 12-units sold this quarter, ten for sure to schools according to PR. DD on VXIT indicates finacial/filing woes (do your own DD), so assume one unit until VXIT clarifies. Assume one to Indonesia or the company would have stated more in their PR, IMHO.

12-units at $4000 is $48,000 with the public information available so far, IMO. I guess soon we will see. $70K+ in sales would be great, but so is $48K for a startup that is starting the revenue stream.

Irrelevant. The 10 that was supposedly purchased will be returned to DTII. VXIT and DTII are both SCAMS!! The product is obsolete. Only low budget schools will buy them, and they will find soon enough the product isn't good.

Anyone can sign on as a distributor, doesn't mean the product will sell.

DTII will come out with a PR stating positive things about sales right before more shares will be issued., but the statement will be all BS.

DTII with all thier positive PR's haven't attracted any interest in the market place. The price is at .039 and that is after a 1:500 reverse split, which is also a lot lower than the day the split went thru , and closed @.55 on 6/29/2022 POST SPLIT PRICE!!

On Sept. 14th 2022 DTII closed @ .82 POST SPLIT PRICE. FRIDAY'S CLOSE IS DOWN 95.2% FROM SEPT. 14TH 2022!!!
