No. There application they sent to the otc was just approved like many other companies trying to become pink current.
If your broker stops letting you buy any stock you own you can still sell it.
Just keep an eye out to see if they start dropping files

can't see what the tweet is about from that link...so when is the deadline for SEC to suspend junk tickers like DRWN??? obviously DRWN is not current and unless Qs and Annual reports start coming in if I don't sell my shares in time then I lose my $$$ ???

Even if it remains where it is, it'll be hit by the enforcement of the new SEC code for non-reporters. If it's a complete ghost ship, even a RTO would probably take a custodian first. But with more than half the shares, belonging to the missing CEO, that could get interesting.
