The public built the company through dilution and now the company basically said FU and got halted for lack of reporting. There’s no reg authority that gives a shit about a pink sheet shareholder losing their ass. If you’re crazy enough to trade pinks, the result is on you. The company knows that. Happens all the time in this arena.

Zero connection. If you recall, the CEO went dark for about 4 years last time before getting current. The SEC put out a notice, the CEO got current and converted his preferred to common, ballooned the O/S and went dark again when sales plummeted. This is done imo. The CEO is a bragger and since there’s nothing to brag about in sales, it’s easier to just go dark and do whatever one wants absent of disclosure and scrutiny. Jmo

I have a lot of money in there that I can't do anything with right now. Is it possible our CEO will let the world trade this stock again? What is he up to? Website traffic for USA Fashion, Only Leggings and Leggings Wholesale is pretty much unchanged.
DA is still advertising and trying to unload old inventory at a much faster rate than adding new inventory. I don’t know how he is even keeping the doors open. As far as I can track BRAV has minimal sales.

He probably trashed Thrifty Box as he combined the Thrifty Box concept with USA Fashion.
The “Membership Coming Soon” not being followed through indicates the Membership concept is also probably trashed.

DA is clueless as he tries to survive. Only a war, heavy tariffs or an embargo with China can save BRAV at this point. Temu and Shein are destroying the US low end apparel industry.
