Read the financials - they aren't very impressive.

The Bemax S-1 was deemed effective on 2014-10-08.

But oddly in 2018 they filed a Form 15 and deregistered their stock and no longer report to the SEC.

They have claimed those same revenue projections for the past 3 years now, which is why it's laughable because we haven't seen one dime of it on a balance sheet yet, but I'm really surprised the SEC didn't indict them for misleading and outright lying to investors after that reverse split snafu.
