I'm not "taking up for' anybody." What I was trying to convey was, ALRY might have been better suited for private investment than public investment.

You are right about the Kansas oil situation. Any small operation for that matter. I don't think any small O+G company with a few stripper wells is a good investment.

A guy would have to time it right with a good PR, and even then only for a quick bounce and out. Otherwise these small O+G plays (any state) are a losing proposition.

companies, oil promoters, or much of what websites

of that state's oil info put out anymore...

Even up thru the last 10K from Fofu that company

claimed ownership or joint ownership from 2010 of

previous leases that ALRY claimed ownership of prior...

Funny thing is how the CEO you are taking up for

sported financials of ALRY that gave no indication

that the company couldn't hold on to those leases...

Now of course he didn't run off with over a

million dollars of shareholder equity...

Because now there is nothing to show that anything

was actually ever there...And no enormous debt for

leases were detailed prior that would imply so much risk...

Bagholders have a simple retort for your post...

Those were the days for sure, striper. Personally, I think ALRY was sort of an IHUB causality. ALRY was a tiny company in Rural Kansas. I don't think they were prepared for the immediate expectations and swarming tactics of today's message board based investors. They'd probably have been better off without an IHUB board.

They could and did satisfy private investors (in individual leases) better, than they could meet the hyperbolic expectations of public investment at that time. I doubt CEO Sanford expected dozens of (IHUB) calls per day, and I also doubt he understood how easily a penny stock could be manipulated by individuals that knew how.

That happened to a lot of the penny stock oil companies in those days. Not many from that era still around.

I know what I own, I own a piece of a scam. There are many scams in the penny stocks. Anyone considering buying penny stocks should rethink what they are about to do. I would never buy another penny stock, never ever. Its all a scam folks.

The current market cap is extremely cheap...

The name could be worth a lot to a developer who wanted to raise 10 million, 20 million, 50 million, or more in energy sector...

Always thought that it could offer value to management

There's to many scams in the pink's, that's why I no longer partake. I do occasionally look in just incase something happens with my loser's.
