This stock might be one of them. Are some
tricky observations though. Look at RSI

Ok, I have to decide by Monday and would need to free up some cash if I decide to do it. No matter how we look at it it is diluting and possible they announce a R/S after the fact as to keep up with listing requirements.

I read it differently, It says each right allows you to buy 1.3475 shares @ .45 per whole share. Example, I have 4000 shares they gave me 4000 rights which I can purchase 4000 x 1.3475 =5390 shares. This is how I understand it.

Maybe I misread offer. I will have to go back to and read, but I thought the shares held back were to provide two extra shares for every three you purchased at MV, whatever that might be. Basically 5 shares for the price of three.

I don't see the 38% discount. I thought VNCE had a plan to get the share price above $1.00 but until that happens I am very hesitant to purchase shares reserved for me at $.45 when I can buy them on the open market for the same price or god forbid if the price drops even lower. If the share price increases by the deadline I might consider it but otherwise it doesn't look like a good deal.
I don't like to publicly express rumors or innuendo but maybe Sun Capital or any other party is holding the share price down so they can have all the un exercised reserved shares for themselves or maybe someone is hoping current shareholders will sell off the shares they own now as well. If I had the ability and some insiders information I might do the same but that might be highly illegal so it's very doubtful it's occurring.

All I can say is that myself and other shareholders are not going to exercise their right to purchase shares when they can purchase them on the open market for the same price. Please tell me if I am not understanding something important about the "rights offering".

Built in discount of about 38% on any shares purchased up to your shares owned on date of record. If you believe they will rebound and you are willing to double down, it's a pretty sweet deal. I'm buying my limit.

Plus upside volume is starting to expand again. $VNCE is up 25% from yesterday's LOD. Bullish. Now it looks like those 22% shorts are working hard to keep this from a Psar-flip on the day. That's fine by me...as it gives us one last day to grab a few 'low hanging fruit' before that flip...which appears on track to hit tomorrow.

Unfortunately the Book Value of VNCE has decreased to NEGATIVE -$0.28 a share from the last quarter's Positive +$3.00 a share! Which means VNCE is worthless now and the bankruptcy seems the only way to go in the coming days/weeks...

New low $0.55 so far! What a pos scam! Horrible 10-Q report! VNCE is heading onto the CH11 or even CH7 bankruptcy! Sell ASAP before it breaks down the current 52-week low $0.55...

Fortunately I sold all my VNCE shares at $1.40 ~ $1.45 yesterday!

What are the evidence did you see for VNCE to file the Bankruptcy protection? Did all the most recent buyers (who pushed the price from $0.95 to $1.35 or 42.11% Huge and Quick bounce) miss any fatal thing which was only seen by you? TIA!

Anyway the common sense tells me: if the bankruptcy will kick in very soon VNCE would not surge 42.11% before very bad 10-K report since the 10-K is the Key to decide where the price will go!

1,000 shares bought at $1.30 in the Pre-Market Hours of this week! Today or tomorrow we should see $1.30 or even $1.35 ~ $1.40 again. Keep in mind: just a few weeks ago VNCE ever hit $2.10 Twice!

VNCE is a new victim of Huge Shorting Activities (28.283% of shorted float as of 03/31/2017 alone) by those very greedy MMs and Shorters!

Once VNCE breaks up the most recent high $1.70 an Huge Shorting Squeezing will kick in immediately...

Anyway the current bottom $0.95 will be the forever bottom even the 10-K is extremely disappointed to all the investors! VNCE is Hyper Undervalued now! It was Hyper Oversold since it broke down $3.31...

LOL, did you ever see a "near bankruptcy" stock which is trading at near $60M MV (last week the MV was $62M at $1.25) while its total debt is only $50.74M? Not mention the $20.8M huge cash on hand and total $148.3M huge net asset! IMO, the price decline from $1.30 to $0.95 was 100% due to those greedy shorter's heavy shorting activities... This week's 10-K report will prove what I said here!

Again, there is no way for a company with such strong balance sheet "near bankruptcy", LOL!

Yes, VNCE broke down $1.00 and hit the new low $0.95 due to huge shorting activities...

Anyway total 5,898,400 shares were shorted as of 03/31/2017 while the entire float is only 20,855,200 shares!

LOL, speculating the so-called bankruptcy risk for the Mostly Undervalued and the Cheapest Forever big board stock which has 3.15 BV/TP Ratio (the Highest among all the same industry peers) and $3.00 a share Huge Book Value plus $21M Large Cash on hand! VNCE has $300M Huge shareholder's Equity Value which is Six Times of its small debt ($50M)!

VNCE will soon surge back to $2.1 ~ $1.7 again in the next month... Huge Shorting-Squeezing (30% of float are shorted) will easily drive a 100% Quick Bounce!!!

Company is evaluating whether or not they can continue as a going concern within one year.

Co will be reporting material asset impairment charges relating to its goodwill and trade name.

That is the reason for the drop, not shorters, you can no longer short this stock with any reputable broker as the price is too low.

Company generates like $70 mln in rev every 3 months so yes, it is undervalued but there is bankruptcy risk due to the equity cure and the ongoing agreement with Bank of America.

VNCE good luck to all, looks like a few deep pockets are loading today.

Float 20 mln.

short interest is 28% of the float.

Anything positive even remotely in that next annual report and BOOM goes the dynamite for this puppy. $2.10 and beyond easy imo.
