MFC, +0.80% inched 0.80% higher to C$26.34 Friday, in what proved to be an all-around positive trading session for the Canadian market, with the S&P/TSX Composite Index GSPTSE, +0.31% rising 0.31% to 22,005.94. The stock's rise snapped a two-day losing streak. Manulife Financial Corp. closed C$1.75 below its 52-week high (C$28.09), which the company reached on February 10th. MONTREAL (BuyActive) - Here is my Pick of the year for the first quarter of 2022 - Manulife Financial Corporation (MFC)

When others are running away, my advice is, that's the time to buy. I think MFC especially, doesn't get the recognition it deserves and is still much undiscovered. In my opinion, anywhere around the current price level of $19.31 USD is a steal.

MFC has been given my highest rating with 5 stars. I am extremely confident in MFC and want to say that it is a Long Term pick. Although the stock may fluctuate, this is a stock I think should be invested in for at least 5 to 10 years.

Each stock I recommend has been evaluated to give you maximum earnings with a minimum amount of risk. Our target is to limit your downside risk while maximizing your profit by using sensible and realistic trading strategies.
