Thanks, I was wondering where such plan would be. It would cost them 4 million dollars to buy them back at this price and I don’t know any company wanting to do that. Maybe over a very long period of time, like so many per month based on profits.

I added a few shares on a whim. It just seemed like a good time.

That would be a beautiful thing. I generally try and keep things conservative. Higher expectations can lead to greater disappointment. If numbers come in over...I'll just add more shares. I am slowly approaching what I am willing to let ride here a numbers surprise would just speed up that process a bit.

Between the trading rules, the CAH cert, restructuring of debts and securities, assets, increasing revenues, and most of all profits...There are so many possibilities here of how this could play out...but whichever route they take in the end they all mean a much higher share price and valuation then what we see today.

The update with the share buyback schedule suggests RNVA will beat that estimate handily.

I guess we shall see. I wonder if this will be the one that tips the scales? If they show $20M or more revs and $2M or more in Profits..I would have to imagine someone with some deeper pockets will be taking a look in to see whats going on here legacy issues or not. Time and Profits can do some amazing things to heal up a troubled past.

RNVA Will this be the release that finally lifts the anchor here? Lets set sail for .0005 and base there for a few months at least :) The fins are getting better and better...almost unbelievable for a .0001 stock really. But we do still have a little carry on baggage and the markets seem to stay focused on that. Hopefully we are nearing the final straw before a bigger investor whether retail or commercial gets involved here.

Not unsusal at all. I have seen the SEC review process kick in a number of times for OTCs over last 20+ years, often delaying the date an a 10-K filing is posted. Companies earnest about compliance come out fine.

- The 2019 10-K was filed on June 29, 2020. "Recent Developments" (Pg. 5) included the Impacts of the Pandemic and the departure of a director (Diamantis resigned).
- The 2018 10-K was filed on October 21, 2019. "Recent Developments" (Pg. 5) included acquisitions of the Jellico Community Hospital (certain assets) and the CarePlus Center (facility).

While an SEC review is plausible, I would not be surprised if the current debt restructuring plan is cause for delaying the 2023 10-K.

Keep your eye on the ball. Insider manipulation was the driver of almost all subpenny stock runs in the past. That ended September '21. Now, the OTC market has to consider the fundamentals, not just technical trading. That is a good thing, in fact the best thing, for RNVA after being oversold and artificially diluted by disproportionate short selling. The PE under 2 speaks for itself. The PE will be closer to 1 in this annual report. If you are an investor in RNVA, you are aruing against yourself. RNVA is poised to break out of the 000s and become the only game in town for technical traders.

You may have also noticed the current SEC compliant OTCBBs are down to mostly companies with low overhead and, therefore, really simple quarterly reports. I'm sure the SEC is aware of the compliance burdens of a company like RNVA, recovering and gradually shedding past baggage. Just a review. I really think the annual report will set RNVA loose.

I agree, i think the problem is the whole OTC, they ruined it back in Sept. 21. The Algos that control the OTC refuse to let any stock run. Until the switch is turned, more and more companies will go CE. You almost cant even blame the Companies. Yeah so what they are scams but they were OUR scams and at least they used to run and the people had a choice and chance to try their luck.

Yes they do. Read the link. The difference is that being a pink sheet means with the review, flagged for whatever reason or however frequently, the listing status is on the line by definition. Granted, filing late didn't help, but RNVA's filings are better than most on the OTC. Should clear review without much falderal.
