First Russian overseas property awards

Established by the publishing house Independent Media Sanoma Magazines, Homes Overseas Russian Awards is the first Russian award for achievements in the field of overseas property...

It will give a new impulse to the development of the overseas property industry, create an efficient platform for expert communication, as well as providing broad marketing opportunities to all participants.

Applications will be accepted from 23rd November until 1st February and the jury will then select the most commendable projects by 1^st March, which will become nominees for the top accolades.

The best will then be awarded with Gold, Silver or Bronze prizes.

The announcement of the Award results and the distribution of prizes will take place at the Ceremonial Dinner on 8th April 2010 in the Marriott Grand Hotel. For the first time in the history of the Russian overseas property sector, the corps d’elite of the industry - heads and top managers of leading companies - will gather together in one hall. More than 200 people are expected to attend.

The award conduct and project assessment is provided by British partner Globespan Media, which has been organizing Homes Overseas UK Awards since 2004.

The jury will be made up of members of the Expert Board of the Homes Overseas magazine, who are leading experts in the overseas property field, as well as sponsors’ representatives.
