Looks like someone who is fluent in the OTC n' making some rather large investments or getting rather large sums of shares for nothing ...... but why?

My guess is Brian McLain is in on it now and hosts the miners in TX, while paying a pretty penny (575m shares and 23% of the company) for hush hush. My guess is Wade has a % of those shares on the closed door backend as well. Either way, an absurd amount of shares were issued at .00000 for 'services rendered' without any kind of filing for how/why he was handed almost 25% of the company out of the blue, in TX where they host the miners.. $402,500 at the current market price with no risk must be nice. They are restricted, but for how long? No info on that. I could be wrong, but its the most logical thing I could come to.

Im guessing maybe some Kentucky name will pop up on next filing with another drastic share issuance for "whatever we want to insert here" Who knows. Based off filings, this wont ever get to fly, no matter what BTC price is... this literally trades off BTC price, nothing else., what happens when BTC cools off? Surely no more selling or AS raises or S1 offerings right? Gotta get more miners is the only thing they have or like .6cent dividend for every million shares owned. I am glad that its at least trading and people flipping are making good money off the BTC pump, too risky for my blood at this current state, given at any moment 200m-1b shares could dump on my entry, in an already bloating SS...

I have been trying to find out who Brian McLain is and what his connection is but have come up empty handed. I would bet that he is connected to Joseph Wade Mezey in some way.
As for Joseph, we know he has been getting shares and converting them through Novus Group.

JFYI,Newport Bay Capital, LLC (WilliamWaldrop) is connected to Wade going back to at least 2010! Also of note are other names like Matt Billington, Nate Steck, Joe's Mom Lori Livacich and LOOK! Vortex Tennis, the original VTXB who had Tom Olmstead as CEO/Director.

2 billion preferred shares converted by NOVUS GROUP aka Joseph Wade Mezey in 1 year and aggressively sold into the market.
575MILLION COMMON SHARES(23% of company) issued to Brian McLain(who is this?)(is he hosting the miners in TX?) for "Services Rendered" whatever that means. Seems like a grotesque amount of shares for an individual...without explanation dont you think?

There is little to no debt, but Novus Group keeps selling... why? Its not hard to run a miner company, you just pump an already existing sector pump and never have to actually do any work and sell shares. Their miners oddly are in 2 different states Kentucky and Texas? Not weird at all.


Yall should listen to surfkast. He called this in 2017 when the float was 47m a failed PAS and and 2 failed S1 offerings. Some of the investors who gave VTXB direct $ still have yet to receive shares. SMH.
If and when Novus ever runs out of shares, all Wade has to do is create an invoice... give it to Higley and badda bing new shares for lets say "services rendered"... good luck.
