There are actually penny stocks that are diamonds in the rough. In the past month I had one that ran and is still running. So far the gains have been close to 1900%

Good money at bad is what you’re doing with all pinks until they run. Telefix was garbage in 2015 when it ran from .0004 to .0055. All good and I completely understand the caution. Mezaun has never been one to communicate well. Let’s see if she is willing to give up a perfectly good ticker and be a grunt all her life with her techie husband. She could make a killing being current if she finally came up with a winner in Wallace. She needs to remember, pubco ceos get rich with shares, not salaries.

I’m weighing more towards something. Someone is trying to load up to 10% of the O/S up to .025 but they aren’t getting any. I may start bidding heavy at .03 this week to step on toes. That’s .0003 presplit. Only 4.8 mil outstanding. Think when I was loading years ago, couldn’t get shit at .0004 so bought heavy up to .001 and it ran to .0055.

More I own, more serious. I’m taking this to Nevada if attorneys see fit. Custodianship with a clawback of the LLC spinoff if. Mezaun seemed to have abandoned the holding pubco and filed an LLC in Delaware for Wallace asset which is owned by the holding company per UTD docs. I will continue to buy and I will continue to pursue.

Nope. The old TA is part of the new, merging of sort. . Automatic update. Mezaun is failing in both transfer agent and Nevada. Looks like she is attempting to transfer the technology asset from the holding company to her wholly owned LLC in Delaware incorporated in Texas. Paper trail shows Inc owns LLC Transfer of asset not gonna happen on our watch . Crowd fund legal? Custodianship for Nevada Holdings delinquent and clawback for tech asset once owned by holdings documented? 2018 UTD Collaboration with both Telefix Inc and tech on the .pdf so I’d offer for tech was made prior, holdings is due big $$$. The actions carried out by employees will be monitored by experts via a live video feed, and any necessary checks needed to be done will be recorded, so that they can be delivered at a later time. Furthermore, this process would serve to eliminate the hundreds of thousands of dollars that are lost every year due to malpractice in the workplace.
