SMVI is the only OTC where a good app can come in any time and makes everyone rich.

Look at the history of FaceBook. They struggled at the beginning without a sponsor. SMVI is a place for a good app to come in.

We dont need a CEO but a good person in charge, that could be someone from the debtor side.

This is not the only company under similar situation at this time. Debtors are smart. They will find a good company to come in and buy it which will take this company to a better place. Debtor can also get more money with a good buying company.

But at the meantime, whoever in charge needs to get the company in good standing while better days are coming soon or at the same time.

That is right. Buy the company now or you will risk losing it to another buyer with more money. We need another Facebook app to make everyone rich. I should load up more shares today while it is unknown and cheap.

This is my last post on this board. I used up 4 out of 15 free posts limit a day to tell people how good and quickly an OTC stock like SMVI can become. This is the beauty of OTC.

Better to delist directly to help the debtor to record and recover nothing

whoever in charge of the company now, possibly the debtor, needs to do the filing or risk problem with the SEC.

Maybe all of us should try to contact the person in charge of company now, and warn them that the SEC is cracking down on companies with no filing

one i sold couple weeks ago at .0008 after it moved up and got out. today it is now 0.0032..
the second one is now at 0.0011. again, sell now or hold?
so, now to this one? how high before selling???

This is simple.

Long holder here, several hundred thousand shares. Held for almost a decade, maybe just alittle less. Not sure now its been so long. Bought in a .0002 and sold everything at .0004. Thank you !

There is nothing here to hope for, please take my word for it. the money I made getting rid of this bag of sand that has held my account down for almost a decade isn't worth the time waisted on it. Simply put. That couple bucks made is now moving to a real company with visions and plans in markets that are immerging.

If you are a long holder like I was, hopefully you got out and made a couple bucks like me and cleared this turd off your balance sheet.

OTC market is crazy nowaday. Traders are just buying anything until they realize what a dud they bought later. They then try to sell but cannot sell. They become a bag holder until the next trader becomes a victim.
