There’s no proceed with caution when it is about David Koos in Rgbp, It is a dead end, backyards full of beard traps and you are in the middle of them. Only suggestion is to walk away if you have never gambled in here. Now, for those already in it, like me, I have this:

David Koos Scares Me - I just dumped all my shares. I should have done more research into the CEO and the company. It may get pumped again and some may make a little, but this whole thing seems to scammy for my money.

I bought RGBP because they made a deal with OPNH. I really thought they had something... I really wanted this stock to work out. Taking my loss...

The item that caught my eye is that he is a CEO of two companies and they both made deals with OPNH. I am not sure how it is all connected, but again seems sketchy.

Bio-Matrix Scientific Group, which says it is a biotech in such areas as adult stem-cell cryogenics, was formerly on GISBeX but isn't now. It changed its name from Storage Suites America last December. It keeps pumping out news releases saying it "is preparing to apply for a stem-cell research grant" or is applying for "a cryogenic stem-cell bank certificate" or applying for "International Society of Stem Cell Research" membership and the like. “Scam” is just a common generic term used by the Goober Squad that roughly translates to “sell me your shares at a discount so I can buy, flip and repeat.”
After all these years of repeating themselves, the tactic is not as effective as it once was, so they’re basically harmless.
It’s just a thing the OTC is known for.
I think most investors keep a clean board by tossing the scam-squealing goobers onto the iggy bus.

It has been a unimitigated disaster since the reverse split..

Quite often, a R/S eventually lowers the PPS. I've never been a fan of them.

Koos needs to be prosecuted and jailed permanently for his hideous action of Reverse split

Did any shareholder make any money from the TS? Some shareholders were ignorant and were supporting the idea of uplifting from RS, how stupid they were.
At the end, the criminal Koos came out on top

The RS happened on 3/6/23 and was huge. 1 for 1500 RS which sent the pps to 2.85 on that date. Now about 1/3 of that post RS pps and will continue to drop.

They always do and usually right back down to the pps before the split.

If they had proper revenues or capital over all to begin with, they could have taken it to Nasdaq and conducted share offerings or other forms of capital raises... so in theory, but enacting a reverse split, if they uplisted, they could've found more money...

But #1 I think the accounting sucks & the capital just isn't there to pay all those fees #2 You're more prone to scrutiny on the big boards as opposed to the wild wild west of OTC

This company went to .08 from .01 and lower (.0020) twice... I remember the day I banked 65k in 2 days on this ticker from .0140 to .0820 and like a jacka$$ I didn't cash out because I got greedy lolllll... I think I walked away with 15k profit instead...
