To set the record straight I have signed settlement agreement and if I'm not included in the initial S-1 with the SEC on rebirthing PRPM in my shares I'm automatically entitled to $250,000 cash and am entitled to put my lien back on PRPM. I am sharing public record. That record shows his phone number and everything else tied to Delaware. I don't care one lick about anyone's personal life. I doubt a gamer boy with strings of failed businesses and obvious scams is making six figures. There are mountains of facts in public record as to the numerous failed businesses this gaming kid has cooked up and obviously lost money on. And, if the gamer is raking in so much money, why are you waiting for Protek Capital to be successful to get your money? I don't think that it is likely that Protek will be raised from the dead zone / Expert Market Purgatory anymore than it is possible to raise the actual Titanic!

Eddie Vakser is a serial scammer and lying fraud. Alex Leo has been in bed with him and is still tangled up with his scam tickers. Alex Leo could have easily checked out Eddie Vakser with the info here and on Realscam and wasn't bright enough to do so. He is just as dirty and scheming as Eddie Vakser from what public record shows. Now, you are in bed with them as well. They are both broke, so you are waiting for said money you say. Just how and how much are the scammer(s) going to pay you?

Alex is the new owner and I have the documents in transfer of ownership to prove it. The tickers are worthless without major cleanups and are defunct. Alex has a plan to revive everything hopefully. I'm hopeful with what he has shared with me and optimistic. Otherwise I can't say anything else. As long as SEC approves PRPM reinstatement and S-1 is accepted I'm optimistic.

He actually is married with kids and lives overseas and makes 6 figures salary being self-employed. Again you have no clue Heather. You constantly think you know everything about people but actually know jack on some of the accuracy of what you say.

Alex Leo says he has been CEO of PRPM since March 2023. I see no evidence of that in any official filings (OTC or SOS). I'm not sure but assume even an "expert market" ticker can change it's company contact info on OTC without being current on fees.

IMO Alex might want to be aware that Eddie's wife filed for divorce in January 2023. I presume that means ALL of his assets --including his tickers-- are subject to being appraised and the proceeds divided by the court. So it seems it really doesn't matter how or when Eddie duped Alex into thinking he now owns PRPM --the court will likely have the final say. You above all people know what a liar and con man Eddie is. Does Alex?

I only know the terms of my settlement. The tokens I posted are clearly and only related strictly to my private business in my non-profit public charity in KWAN2 and have zero relationship to PRPM or Alex Leo and from my conversations with Alex Leo he is a victim of Vakser not scammer. These scams should have been shut down by the authorities years ago. 6 of the 7 tickers are all under the AURI holding company and some are tangled up as wholly owned subsidiaries of one another (Protek holds BDGR) as well. Way past time to stick a fork in this tangled mess.

As my friend I'm going to ask you to stop trashing Alex because I and SMG settled with protek capital today. It's openly admitted in the settlement Vakser is the responsible party for my demise and fraud against me. Alex did the proper thing. He paid an outstanding debt and even though I can't discuss terms of the deal let's just say I'm happy. I removed my ucc lien off PRPM immediately after the settlement was signed. It was signed with agreement by my legal counsel. Alex is a nice guy. He has openly admitted he has depression and your ganging up on him is messed up. Alex has held his bond in 2 short days where Vakser never held his word. I did this to revive PRPM and get paid what I'm due. I genuinely care about the shareholders and the company. I don't own any equity or preferred shares in PRPM.

Paragon is yet another silly fake business in a little tiny metal P.O. box! And, his claim that "Protek Capital Inc. is an online merchant payment processor aiming to become a forex bank," is total and outright fraud! Protek Capital is a totally defunct company only in existence on paper. Protek has never been involved in processing payments ever. The investors need to file formal complaints and get a lawyer that can handle a class action lawsuit! This kid is following in the footsteps of serial scammer Eddie Vakser.
