Shares are hard to come by. True that. My block was up for about 4 hours at a limit sell price of $0.045.

Going to hang around and see what gives. Wilton did absolutely nothing with this ticker.
Hopeful something takes place here. Sure seems strange this is even in the pennies. If nothing
I should think it would tank into the sub-pennies.

Looked at the chart, lots of hollow candles, accumulation/distribution seems to be in the works. Bollinger bands look pinched for a narrow trading range.

Was about to sell and did put some shares up on the block. Nobody bought so I cancelled the order after looking at the chart.

Wow! What's up with TIPS? Way up since last Thursday. Volume is still low by most standards but much, much higher than it has been for a long time. Hope this continues because I still have shares going back to 2021-22.

Wilton still owns a majority of the shell company per the last filing in October. Tilton is gone-his shares are gone off the quarterly. A complete failure on everybody's part. I imagine all the problems in Wilton's pension fund disaster screwed things up here. What a clusterf##k.

New CEO is Marjorie Shaefer and per the last filing they are pursuing something in the "heavy equipment industry". Still a good shell with no convertibles that I see so maybe something else could come in.

That was a weird spike... If it holds, anyone's guess.

Wow! Nice gain, up 78% at the moment. Too bad it popped on a mere 100 share trade so no telling if this will hold until EOD.

With TIPS, you never know what might happen. Way overdue for any kind of run.

Thanks Jimmie.....I have lost and made a good amount of dough playing the otc. I can't stand it when they play us for fools, but that's the way it is down here. Got to be careful and pick and choose the absolute best. Looks like the OTC is picking up. Unfortunately we can't count on the fools running this company. Hope to see you on some other plays bud. TIPS still has a great share structure...that is all they have, imo.

Hi Don, you are pretty highly regarded. You were not the sole reason I invested in $TIPS.
I really thought they would bring something special to this ticker. Wilton bought it and had plans for it, Did Cambridge and Emergex change their minds~? Wilton's silence is deafening.
I had also sent an email last year and never heard back from them.

No communication is either poor management or not a good sign period.
The least they can do is say everything is still a go.

I may sell my position for a loss as well. Too many other tickers getting ready to explode in this volatile market.

This is not the only ticker though. Many are just sitting as they did when companies bought the shells. $MTRT is an example of one. $TIPS is another example.

Not going to wait much longer. This is not anyone's fault. We all take our shots.

Waiting for NetList, solid investment IMO. $AMC is another I am waiting for.

Hey alstocks.....sorry brother. I can't stand that I may have caused some to come and invest/trade this frickin stock. I never thought they would go quiet like they did. I have sent emails to them also, and never got a response. I am sorry for you and for all of us here who believed we had something sweet here and then here nothing from these fellas. The sad thing is that after probably months and months of no update, they will give something and the share price will take off. Frick them.

Tilton did this ticker no favors when he sold it to Wilton. These guys are morons.

From the looks of things their plans must have evaporated. Emergex and Cambridge must have walked or something. These Wilton guys are real losers. Who does this to shareholders~? No nothing from them. Something should have materialized by now if anything was going to happen.

Wilton....they had about 11 companies they were working with...I don't know....maybe my memory is failing me here...but I think it was like 11.....And we hear nothing....not even about one????!!! Frick you guys. They can speak, but they need to give a damn reason as to why we hear/get nothing from them.

Even better news.. there are much better plays out there...there are stocks with good track records trading at near their lows for no reason...this CEO never updates, follow me...odds are much better, even if you have to wait another 6 mos to a yr which I doubt

Lol...they just pissed me off to no end with their silence. I thought this was a stock that would make tremendous moves as they would give us a pr about once or twice a month. I was wrong....now what this has turned into is one of those stocks that after being quiet for months, they make one big announcement to get this turned around. Kaboom will come, but when is the question. I will not even say next month or August even....we don't know, and they are horrible public company. They should've just kept this private.

When/if Wilton speaks and the share price starts to go up (LOL~!) then we will maybe see the old Don Q back on this board~? Morning Tipsters~!

Not a lot of selling....there's more steps going up than down and still the share structure is beautiful....but still I wouldn't encourage anyone to buy in....they just don't speak here and that just can't happen.....they suck at talking to shareholders. This can whip around big if they did just that.
