I am excited to see some transparency from Viva that is not seen from any other big company.

On Twitter, Viva is recognizing the hard working partner that got the 2022 Viva taxes done. I never knew he was late and find it honorable that a company would get those kind of filings done eventually.

I wonder sometimes if I would be a CEO similar to Johnny and get scared because while I would image his good qualities to my ability, I might have a leak even worse than Johnny and not know because I am not. This is why we don't focus on Johnny critiques because we may miss something even worse if we were the CEO.

While I think it can be done to seek every dilution capital source available, I could be very wrong that it is that easy.

This could well be the beginning of other Viva filings that come with dedication and persistence enjoyed from working hard at it.

While I can't say there can definitely be some partnership with Netflix, I can say with sincerity that it would be nice even if Viva can link to them for affiliate revenues with a Viva coupon code.

Either way there is no dispute to say Viva has failed when it has not failed, because Viva is in the game as a candidate in the television space that could boom at anytime.

I like thinking of ways new and different that Johnny could do it and also have some investors that don't need to worry about whether Johnny is going to do anything or not.

It can be a really smart strategy to place a National Viva television commercial during the Super Bowl that features Luis Guzman and Soleil singing Old Susanna in both English and Spanish.

The key is to flood online advertising with the service that it is really intended for customers to purchase because when the consumer is interested in Television they can then find what they really want online and then as a goodwill gesture they can potentially buy shares of OTTV.

I've noticed some news sometimes. It all depends if Johnny has something big coming. Then without telling and being safe he can let folks know on Twitter to be on alert when something huge is about to happen. One thing Johnny hasn't Tweeted yet is that finally something bigger than ever is coming so watch for that in the event Johnny has it all together and ready to have a massive launch at the time he thinks the world is not distracted and ready to change television providers all at the same time because it is theoretically possible that everybody goes with Viva.

Now we see this is good timing for Johnny to spend 18 hour days, 7 days, in a cycle of charitable volunteer work so that in several months time there can be a news story about his dedication while also being a CEO of a public company.

I've been complaining about the lack of revenue or any funding (legit or otherwise) that would indicate that Johnny is making moves to expand the company. I don't see any filings disclosing the over 114M shares added to the OS as of 30APR23 (Exempt from registration due to non-public offering), but that and presumably the shares issued between then and now explains where that money came from. The AS is up exponentially, so it's obvious sustantial dilution is incoming. Keep an eye on volume.

Anybody know why OTTV now has $348M(!) on the balance sheet filed yesterday (6/26/23)?

I think Johnny can do some kind of stock run by focusing on what has worked historically with a little more longevity than the plain coming soon.

Johnny needs to stick with the things that are coming soon and "he told us so" upcoming catalysts like with telling shareholders about definitive agreements when partners are ready.

If Johnny believes there is some big event sure to happen on July 1st he can start telling everybody about the ink that will be signed on that day as a forward looking statement because under the right conditions anything could happen such as Viva being the sponsor television and lab course utility for all major universities.

I believe it is all about name brand recognition and marketing. What destroys brands such as Bud Light and Target could be the fire catalyst to get Viva well known and respected.

You know how sometimes we have a big day because it changes the routine and memory of the same thing because there was something in the day that takes a couple of hours like going to take care of somebody's something or doing some work surprisingly for a couple of hours with another couple of hours standby.

Well, it makes for a big day and Johnny tomorrow has a big day and it is so exciting to wonder what he has to do tomorrow and if that will probably be enough to get through a few more months.

What would be nice would be if Johnny would not have stopped at Kredit Koncepts for high risk Viva package financing and proceeded to get all of the cash advance stores in the area that Viva serves. This would open the door to people that want to watch television in the US and abroad but have no other manner besides Viva.

What I like if I were a potential OTTV brand new investor is to just see if somebody says something bad about and make sure there is at the minimum at least one rebuttal that calls it out as baloney because we need to look at what is current regarding reseller television in 2023 and beyond. Johnny is on the frontline as well as the big head of the company and this is why we don't know what is coming soon eventually in the extended time period because Johnny has to do everything because of disloyal traders at the company wanting money for doing stuff and making recommendations that spend working capital incorrectly on things that are expensive.

Well, there are stocks that go to .0002 but those are stocks that need to have a lot of action and people wondering why it goes down more when they already buy cheap. They haven't been to get Johnny like that because he keeps on instead of forever disappearing. This is why it could mean he is working hard even though it depends on who is working hard.

I can start right now working hard to build a self made rocket ship but I would have to figure it all out as I go with no background. In all honesty, how can anything that Johnny tweets or says actually believed? NOTHING has came to materialize in 5 years. My prediction, he tweets some nonsense, the tweet gets 16 likes, PPS goes up .0001 for one day and then it drops .0002 by the end of the week.

Don't worry anybody else that may be wondering what Johnny do doing this weekend for fun because I'm doing the same.

Now if there is a handful considering what Johnny is doing to grow the company, be cautious not thinking the right way. What we are supposed to do is wonder what Johnny is doing to appear to be doing something and properly gauge if there will be pigeons that buy so it can be sold for a profit.

I don't even want to try the stock, but if Johnny says something about a growth plan we must first think about scam and by doing so it is easy to see how the scam is targeting potential folks that can be mind controlled. There should still be a pool of upcoming investors as they learn new things while they go such as, It is best to listen to Johnny because he is the company and it has to be true because Johnny is the one who is saying it and nobody else that buys or sells it works at Viva. I trust Johnny's Twitter because it is straight from the company's mouth. What is really nice and encouraging is the Viva retweets about speculation that Viva uses as social proof to add merit. If Johnny retweets someone saying good job guys you must have some good partnering deals soon then we must trust Johnny as most likely agreeing instead of working hard towards it to no avail.

What I like is that Johnny has never canceled out some of the really good stuff that is still coming alongside the current successes. When we hear from time to time about an overnight success story we don't really see all the hard work that went into it first for years or months in some luck guy cases.

In time Johnny should be seen and well known for his accomplishments that will hit all at once. This is why Viva can turn into a billion stock overnight instead of gradual up and up.

Yes, some people are dedicated to their own special channel, 2, 3 ,4, 5, 6, or channel 7 news, but I will say quality in the end is what they like and if Viva goes beast best quality everybody will choose Viva. It could be as simple as Soleil becoming the national weather lady and Viva Music ambassador in the end.

For some reason other television doesn't operate like Johnny's vision and that can be A OK for a pioneer that nobody believes in until they learn and see.

In joyful anticipation I remember right around 6 years ago in 17 when Johnny Tweeted about negotiations with HBO.

HBO news coming next week would be really nice to hear about in a couple of months or so if Johnny can say hold tight because still in negotiations with them coming soon.

I think I'm staying with it. If Johnny can butter up a disgruntled employee somewhere, he can get them to just sign an agreement so he can announce it publicly real quick and then get the NBC back on the table to go ahead and sign with Viva.

I'm not too far behind seeing that Johnny is close to announcing success.

I think we learn from Prince that it's better not to sign away rights to a record company to manage and own ourselves. That is what is nice about Johnny being in management and signing Soleil to be sponsored by Viva.

With Johnny managing the new Viva deal there shouldn't be any worry if there are still some delays that could extend the timeframe past next week as Johnny can work on negotiations and paperwork that will ultimately land the Viva deal as long as he stays on it for awhile while seeking other big deals that he can handle as no big deal to sweat over due to his experience with this kind of thing.

As big deals get better it is only a matter of time when all the deals just hit all at once because of name brand recognition of always talking about Viva for years. The reason is because as soon as the first party signs a deal because they have previously heard the name Viva, everybody will forget time lines and by the time the first partner checks Viva out others will sign up as well and nobody will even know who signed up first.

For instance, if party A contracts with Viva on Friday before going home party B will jump in line for first thing Monday morning and by the time party A gets to work they will see other big name partners which will make partners c-z fight to get Viva on their list of vendors.

I like what could be potential to come with Viva over many many years to come.

If Henry Ford would have had a reseller package to private label the original Model T while he developed, it could have been someone like Johnny that could have developed the Model T better to include things like nicer seats and headlights as well as safety belts made with bungee cord.

I would have liked it because in the 1980 to 1990s there could have still been a Viva Model T and Kia would have never of had a bad reputation at first start for no reason because they would have had nice sticks while Johnny finally developed hood latches from China.

What people don't realize that by developing slow or just staying static like Johnny is that a Viva Model T would be good for yard endeavors instead of buying a motorized buggy thing for $9998 at the hardware store, Orange, Blue, or Green.

There could be a partner other than Johnny that could take the Viva T vehicle and install blades underneath as well as remote control to mow wide spans at a time.

Mow with the Viva T Model and watch Viva TV while doing it without the worry of ticket citations for being distracted.

All day yesterday and today I just started thinking about Johnny and what he could be doing. If it was regarding the stock it would be relative and while it may seem not relative to talk about what he did, I would like folks to consider that if George the New guy was getting paid too much at $20 per hour because he is taking a shower with Irish Spring soap instead of fixing the shower tiles... Would not it be relative to talk about what he is washing instead of what he is repairing?

Can it be argued that washing money in the shower with Irish Spring is better than doing it in the laundry room when said money can be used for Viva activities seeing that all activities are potential Vivalivetv activities?

I just saw the PR tonight because not really an OTTVer anymore. I see fastchannels.tv is another white label platform like the Viva app is through Tikilive. Maybe on the contact page we could learn more by inquiring about the white label with monetization.

I think some people can find spots to trade the stock while waiting on the OS to fully mature again as it never goes to .0001

Johnny knows how to work it on Twitter if the stock starts getting too low. He can find his investors because he isn't a run and hide scammer. If it gets too low and people talk negatively he doesn't hide but gets right up in them on the Twitter as he knows his customer for stock buying.

Personally no trading with me but not stopping any party if it happens. I believe a tick or a few is good for a lot of people though and I would say people are watching it knowing that some perception of it being a great stock could happen temporarily at any time.
