$2M is a large market cap for a company with zero entries in their financial report. No cash, no revs, no assets. Basically, a shell.

As at December 31, 2023, the Company had zero cash on hand. On January 14, 2022, the
Company offered to issue pursuant to Regulation CF, $250,000, which the Company is yet to
issue because it has not commenced the fundraising campaign. The Company will likely require
additional financing in excess of the proceeds from these two offerings and its revenue from
ongoing operations in order to sustain continued investment in growth over the next 18 months.

What's the reality? One needs revenue numbers to determine that. And 2023's numbers won't be known for a few months. For 2022, assets (including cash) were $0! As was revenue. Does anyone think 2023 will show something different?
