They continue to lose money per the filings, the CEO has been converting his Preferreds to Commons and obviously selling them and now the two-year moratorium on reverse splits has expired. Is this something you should feel good about sitting in?

Quarterly Financials are due 45 days after end of quarter and they have 90 days to file for end of year. If 1st quarter ended march 31 then q1 due in May 15. They can file a NT and have 5 days after that to file.

They also expected a good EOY and absolutely nothing happened when the 10k dropped. Don’t get your hopes up

The emphasis appears to be on E Commerce thru signing service agreements with large industrial companies at this time. ICNM has a lot going on behind the scenes. Alan Chow, the CEO is guiding this along quite well.

There doesn't seem to be any mention whatsoever of that business in the annual.

Tuesday and Wednesday I had a sell order to take a few off the table for 500,000 shares.
Was needing some loose cash for some liquid gold.
Found it elsewhere thank goodness. So glad my sell did not get filled.
That financial statement did it. This new company is going places
