If they are selling 10,000,000 shares to investors, I wonder how many they will be issuing to themselves, if they do, for control.

I went on the invest Hahalolo page and it showed they are selling 10,000,000 @ $8.2 to investors and about 1.9 million were bought so far and it said they expected $59 a share when they got on Nasdaq. So if they did a 1/1000 RS on the 5.8 Billion OS and there was 15.8 billion OS @ $59 that’s a $932 Million Market Cap. So they are probably definitely doing a RS. How big is the question. IMO

Those are the people who just read charts and have no idea what’s going on with this ticker.

I know you seem to be looking for a cup and handle but you don’t honestly think it’s going to take them “months” to drop filings do you?

Their plan is Nasdaq Q2 2025.

That means April - June 2025, they need to be trading OTC as their new combined entity for 12 months before Nasdaq uplist.

They also have to drop 2 years worth of audited financials so last years plus this years.

This company is as real as they get and if they want to meet their own goal they’ve stated multiple times as recently as this last weekend at both events then it definitely won’t take months to drop the filings.

Well the biggest reason is we’re still waiting for Hahalolo to drop the bombshell financials / Super 8-K.

Pink current will help a ton, as will removing the yield sign and shell status.

Be patient, this isn’t a get rich overnight play as it’s not a pump and dump.

The entire stock market has been bad the last 2 days.

Look at this dip as a buying opportunity, I sure didn’t think I’d be able to get more shares this cheap.

So be patient while we await Hahalolo to drop the news.

The first step was completed this weekend. Hahalolo finally acknowledged publicly at their events that FBEC is the ticker. That is the first massive step towards filings.

do we know why this isn't moving as much it seems like such a big company should surly bring more attention to this especially given how low the price is? I imagine as it gets deshelled and promoted more by the company this could change but still. I don't understand these otc markets very well I'm kind of just getting into trading them. does anyone with more understanding have something specific they are looking for in the near future in terms of hahalolo and this merger?
