I stumbled on to AAGC while looking for penny stocks having to do with real Gold. Fate ? Like the DD here a lot. Plus the Ihub "big guns" aren't even here yet, but they will be eventually. This "golden hair" is still under the radar and looks very promising.

Just found this one, last week. Been buying a lot. Close to 2.4 million, now. How do people not see this one? Wow.

I’m telling you this is the one, folks are starting to see now which is about time. Many will be rewarded for their patience here. This is how you create real wealth in this market. Find the gems and hold for blue skies. This should be in copper if you just look at MC is laughable. This should be at $7-10M MC now conservatively with the locations and brand. The forward looking opportunity is much greater and they will get there sooner now that they have capital coming in and profitable. They have bought back 10’s of Millions of shares now and it’s only continuing. No dilution needed and no RS stated again as we are in good SS territory. Audit being completed is going to launch this again and it’s close to being completed! This is scaling and the concept is catching on. Just think if you can see one in your area? Yes! The SP gets above a penny and sticks for a while after the audit and they decide to uplist to QB. That will be another run. I think long term this gets bought up by a bigger entity. I think that is the long game and hence the buy backs imo. That’s what I would want to do if I wanted the most personal wealth owning the company He Buys back shares he knows will get bought out eventually as you sell company in the future. I got on a replay of the call, yesterday. Great call. Will be buying more as I can.

He said that they want to reach 25 locations in the short term, with a long term goal of 1,000. Although he said that with hesitation. But I have the feeling that is what they want.

He said that the company would likely keep one store, with all others franchised. The company will get 5-6% of gross sales. New locations are opening. However, do to the high cost, the company would not opening in states such as CA and NY.

They will not be going after toxic debt, or loans. To finance expansion the possibility is open to something such as letting the shareholders buy more shares, at a discount to market price. This would happen under the liklyhood the price is over 1.00 and AAGC has opened 100 stores.

Good call and many validating comments I liked! Hearing they are being approached for buy out is great and this is the end goal imo. They are buying back shares in open market with profits. They will certainly not be doing an RS with that behavior as it would not make sense. SS is good here. The Audit, the buyback,the app, on and on it’s a goldmine at these prices

Pink Current. Annuals and q1 will be needed as well soon. Hopefully these new filings will show some progress. Maybe an acquisition in the works? Only 1 person has been issued shares in the last 3 years (Vince Sbarra about 600 million), and has no promissory notes or debt on the books anymore. Positive signs with catalysts ahead.

The SEC has been cracking down on toxic lenders and the unregistered shares they sell. This could've been a flat rate, registered share settlement or something that was just approved by sec.

Just a guess. But I'm sure there's an explanation

The increase AS was adopted on 4/18/22 according to the Wyoming SOS.
So I am alittle confused as to why all their current filings up until now on the OTCM show 2B AS.
This would be a discrepancy of SOS vs their disclosures....ultimately incorrect statements, but the SOS is the supreme authority on such discrepancies.
They should definitely get that fixed in the filings before their final attorney letter, as it is misleading to current and future shareholders, including myself.
