Saving Grace, Are You Legitimately that STUPID?
Or are you paid to say such stupid stuff like that?

I mean, it’s incredibly easy to verify. You can read ERBB’s own earnings reports and see they are being sued by several entities for non-payment and breach of contracts. The company hasn’t released press in well over a year. Recently ERBB was delisted from the Pink Sheets and demoted to the Expert Market due to non-compliance.

Yet here you are acting like none of this is reality. Either you are truly a brain dead moron or you are a paid shill trying to mislead people. Regardless if you are the former or the latter, you are an insufferable asshole and this board, along with the world is worse off because of people like you.

Most institutions have restrictions for shorting stocks under $5 and 99% are not even allowed to trade penny trash like ERBB, much less short the equity.

Excerpt from their latest press release dated 2/14/23:

"..........The Company continues to have an excellent working relationship with Curaleaf, who has been purchasing almost all of the premium cannabis grown at its “Sweet Virginia” grow facility since June 2020. The products are in over 70 Arizona dispensaries.  American Green also launched its first  American Green branded premium “ Private Reserve “ cannabis flower in 2022, now sold in select dispensaries in Arizona....."
Nice to see that they are still supplying CURLF as per the terms of the contract. My hunch is news comes out this week.
